Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Only defective or damaged items qualify for a return.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
  • We will confirm if it meets our return criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping Details

  • Defective/Damaged Item:
    ✅ Return label provided.
    ✅ Return shipping is free.
  • Customer Remorse (changed mind, wrong size, etc.):
    ❌ No return label provided.
    ❌ Customer pays for return shipping.

💡 Restocking Fee: None.

You may receive a refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Your return meets all the conditions and is received within 14 days.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping charges (unless return is due to our error).
  • Gift cards, perishable goods, personal care products, and digital downloads.

🎁 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.
  • If not, the refund will go to the gift giver.
