  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Your order preparation starts immediately after we receive it.

2. Free Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Free standard shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Weekends and holidays are not included in delivery timeframes.

3. Daily Order Cutoff

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Toronto time) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as Purolator, DHL, UPS, Canada Post, and FedEx.
The carrier is chosen based on your order’s weight and destination to ensure the best service.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
  • Levant Fashion is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
  • If you require urgent changes before shipping, please contact us immediately.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Keep all packaging and provide photos to help with your claim.
